Mechanical equipment needs to be prepared for transportation in actual conditions. Coordinates packaging, loading and shipping handoffs based on weight, dimensions and destination site conditions.
Provide transportation drawings, weight, center of gravity and lifting points designated by the manufacturer, and explain whether the equipment can be disassembled. Use this information to discuss packaging and routing requirements, and simultaneously confirm Ukrainian site access and unloading equipment.
Check with the manufacturer first to confirm moving parts locking, rail and sensitive surface protection, and accessories that need to be boxed. Incorporate photos of the agreed status, earthquake and moisture-proof requirements, and arrival handover methods into shipment preparations to facilitate item-by-item verification.
Sort out the split equipment modules according to the technical list, packing information and your installation sequence. Before shipment, confirm the module, cable and fastener identification, accompanying drawings and batch handover sequence to facilitate on-site reception.
