Machine tools, production lines and large components require a piece-by-piece understanding of weight, dimensions and construction. We start with drawings and photos to confirm whether it can be disassembled, which parts need to be protected, and the access and unloading restrictions at the receiving site. We then coordinate and evaluate packaging, loading, transportation equipment, and multi-stage handover arrangements. If route surveys, special permits, hoisting equipment or professional contractors are involved, the needs and feasibility will be explained before the plan is confirmed. The shipping sequence can be discussed in conjunction with your installation plan; the final route and operating conditions must be confirmed based on actual cargo parameters, shipping arrangements and Ukrainian on-site conditions.

Check which surfaces, components and delicate structures require special protection during transport. The needs for wooden boxes, frames, special boxes or lifting equipment will be evaluated by the corresponding service provider, and preparation will be arranged after confirming the scope of the operation.
In addition to international shipments, road access and unloading conditions at the receiving site also need to be checked. Please provide access restrictions and installation plans to evaluate the need for permits, route surveys, or phased arrival of equipment.
